On June 3, 2026, Peptonic Medical AB (publ) ("Peptonic" or "the Company") issued a notice convening the Annual General Meeting to be held on June 24, 2026. The notice stated that the Company intended to provide a complete proposal regarding the election of the Board of Directors as soon as possible. In light of this, the Company is now announcing its nominations for Board members.
Item 10 - Election of Board Members and Election of Auditor
It is proposed that Anders Blom, Daniel Rudeklint, and Tarek Shoeb be re-elected. It is further proposed that Carina Lindqvist be newly elected. Anders Blom is proposed for re-election as Chairman of the Board. Jacob Eriksson has declined re-election.
Carina Lindqvist has extensive and solid experience in medical technology and women's health through her previous roles and assignments as CEO, COO, and more for several companies, including Ellen and InventMedic. Since 2018, Carina has been running her own consulting firm and has undertaken assignments in management, quality assurance, sales, and marketing for life science and medtech companies. In her role, Carina has, among other things, helped companies with medical device products reach markets in Europe, manage distributor agreements, develop strategies across various phases, and drive business development.
