The Nomination Committee of Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) has been appointed based on the ownership of Platzer as of 30 June 2026 and in accordance with the principles established by the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2026. The Nomination Committee shall consist of the Chairperson of the Board and three members appointed by the three largest shareholders in terms of votes as of 30 June 2026.
The Nomination Committee shall, among other things, put forward proposals for the 2027 Annual General Meeting in respect of the Chairperson of the AGM, the Chairperson and other members of the Board of Directors, as well as remuneration of the Board and auditors.

Fabian Hielte (Neudi & C:o and Chairperson of the Nomination Committee)
Linnéa Höglund (Länsförsäkringar Göteborg och Bohuslän)
Henrik Gallus (Länsförsäkringar Skaraborg)
The members of the Nomination Committee together represent 74% of the votes in Platzer.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Gothenburg on 23 March 2027.
