A total of 1,539,382 share options has on 14 July 2023 been granted to primary insiders, distributed as follows: · Joachim Nielsen (CEO) has been granted 794,382 share options · Pål Grimsrud (CFO) has been granted 75,000 share options · Dharma Rajeswaran (COO) has been granted 250,000 share options · Lars Stigaard (CTO) has been granted 250,000 share options · Vivian Lunde (Director ESG &amp; Business operations) has been granted 50,000 share options · Marius Birkenes (Director Strategy) has been granted 50,000 share options · Keisuke Nakayama (Business Development Director) has been granted 50,000 share options · Charlotte Okstad (H&amp;N manager) has been granted 10,000 share options · Nikolaj Schlie (PSG manager) has been granted 10,000 share options The exercise price is NOK 7 per share. Each share option gives the right to purchase one share in Proximar Seafood AS. The options granted shall vest with 1/3 upon the grant date, 1/3 on the first anniversary of the grant date and 1/3 on the second anniversary of the grant date.
