Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ), ("Stendörren" or the "Issuer") announces that the Issuer has successfully issued senior unsecured green notes of SEK 300,000,000 at 100.75% of nominal value under the Company's existing framework of up to SEK 800,000,000 (ISIN: SE0026876195) with final maturity in June 2029, of which notes amounting to SEK 400,000,000 have previously been issued.

Nordea Bank Abp and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the tap issue. Vinge has acted as legal counsel to the Company in connection with the tap issue.
