Summa Defence Plc Company announcement 23.4.2026 at 10.15 EEST
Summa Defence Plc's Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 June 2026 instead of the previously announced 21 May 2026. The company will publish the Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements for 2025 no later than 29 May 2026 instead of the previously announced publication during week 17 of 2026.
The reason for the change is that the finalization of the financial statements and the completion of the audit have required more time than previously estimated. The company wants to ensure that the reporting is based on complete, verified and appropriately quality-assured material before publication of the financial statements.
The company will publish the notice to the Annual General Meeting at a later date.
