The full decision is published on NGM’s website.Valuno comments on the decision Valuno considers the decision to be far-reaching in relation to the circumstances and believes that the Disciplinary Committee has not sufficiently taken into account the explanations presented by the company, particularly regarding how and when the Financial Supervisory Authority’s decision was communicated to the company.
