Traffic figures August 2026: Freetrailer increases the number of rentals by 16.2% compared with August last year

Thomas Zeihlund, Group CEO of Freetrailer Group, comments:

"August continues the strong development at Freetrailer, with almost 200,000 rentals during the month, 16.2% more than last year. In just two months, we have deployed 553 new rental products, bringing our total fleet to 7,821 products, an increase of 30.6% compared with the same time last year.

When we add this many new products in such a short period of time, it will naturally affect the rental frequency while the new products and locations are being phased in. This represents a significant expansion of our capacity and provides an important foundation for continued growth.

With a further 811 products in production, we continue to expand our network at a high pace. This puts us in a strong position to continue scaling Freetrailer across our markets."
