Viking Malt received the award in the category "Smart Investment", for the acquisition of BoMill`s grain sorting solution: BoMill InSight™ and collaboration in malting barley breeding. Both supporting security and resilience of Viking Malt's supply chain and the sustainable use of local barley.BoMill InSight™ grain sorting system is installed at Viking Malt's facility in Panevėžys, Lithuania. The acquisition marks a further step for Viking Malt in strengthening collaboration across the barley supply chain&nbsp;and underscores the growing importance of advanced grain sorting technology in modern malting.The BoMill InSight™ system has been successfully integrated into Viking Malt's operations, where it has demonstrated its ability to enhance raw material quality and support smarter malt production.
