Wetteri updates its organizational structure and Management Team responsibilities
Wetteri is renewing its organizational structure and moving from a matrix management model to a line organization. In connection with this change, the responsibilities of members of Wetteri's Management Team will be updated to align with the new organizational model. The composition of the Management Team will remain unchanged.
Going forward, Wetteri's business operations will be managed through a model with two Area Directors. The Area Directors will have overall responsibility for the business operations in their respective regions, including car sales, maintenance services and the heavy equipment business.
Juha Kontio will be responsible for the Western Finland region and the business operations of Suvanto Trucks Oy. Ari Roivainen will be responsible for the business operations in the Eastern Finland region.
In addition to his role as Area Director, Juha Kontio will serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Wetteri Group, with responsibility for the Group's operational performance and financial development.
The changes will take effect on 14 August 2026.
