WPTG, through its subsidiary Adligo AB, has entered into an LOI to acquire the Swedish comapny ServIT AB
Stockholm, Sweden, 2026-02-17 – White Pearl Technology Group AB (WPTG), a Swedish global digital transformation and IT services company, today announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire ServIT AB, through its Swedish subsidiary Adligo AB. ServIT AB is a supplier of proven, modern, and easy-to-use cloud-based contact center services. The total purchase consideration for the proposed transaction amounts to SEK 6 million, consisting of SEK 2 million in cash and SEK 2.5 million in WPTG shares (subject to a 9-month lock-up) at closing. The remaining consideration will be paid through an earn-out over 24 months, up to SEK 1.5 million, payable in equal parts cash and WPTG shares.
This acquisition provides WPTG with entry into the global contact center and customer experience (CX) market, which is large and rapidly growing, driven by digital customer engagement, AI-driven automation, and omnichannel communication platforms.
ServIT is expected to contribute a revenue of SEK 3.5 million and an estimated EBITDA of over SEK 1.5 million to the White Pearl Technology Group.
Furthermore, the acquisition of ServIT represents a targeted, cash-generative software opportunity within WPTG’s core European market. The company brings proprietary technology, recurring revenue potential, and an established Swedish customer base, with opportunities to scale globally through WPTG’s platform.
Adding ServIT to the WPTG group will create several synergy opportunities. This includes revenue synergies such as cross-selling into WPTG’s global client base and bundling with digital transformation projects as well as product synergies, including integration with AI, analytics, and automation tools and the development of SaaS subscription models.
