Inderes avslutar bevakningen av Mendus eftersom bolaget har sagt upp analysavtalet. Mendus fokuserar på AML-behandlingar och siktar på fas III till 2025. Den första kommersialiseringen förväntas 2029. De största riskerna är kopplade till säkerställandet av finansiering och kliniska resultat. Inderes              Mendus Q3'24: Building basis for a pivotal trial - Inderes    In Q3, Mendus reported bringing ilixadencel back into clinical development, opening research centers for the CADENCE trial and progressing in building Phase III readiness.                             Under Q3 rapporterade Mendus att ilixadencel återförs till klinisk utveckling, att forskningscentra för CADENCE-studien har öppnats och att arbetet med att förbereda fas III fortskrider. Rörelsekostnaderna för kvartalet var lägre än våra förväntningar på grund av genomförda kostnadsbesparingar som förväntas fortsätta under de kommande månaderna. Som ett resultat har bolagets kassa (cash runway) förlängts till Q4’25 (tidigare Q3’25). Vi upprepar vår riktkurs på 14 SEK och sänker vår rekommendation till Öka (tidigare Köp) på grund av aktiekursens uppgång i förhållande till vår DCF-modell och nordiska jämförbara bolag inom immunonkologi.

Här är Anttis bolagsanalys efter Mendus Q2.  För Mendus markerade Q2’24 starten för den registreringsgrundande CADENCE-studien i akut myeloid leukemi (AML). Bolaget meddelade även planer på att återuppta den kliniska utvecklingen av ilixadencel inom mjukdelssarkom (STS). On 18 November 2025, Mendus entered into a loan facility with Fenja (of SEK 50m in total). The Loan Facility is split into two tranches, the first of which was drawn down on 30 January 2026. In connection with the drawdown of the first tranche, Mendus resolved on a directed issue of 1,935,605 warrants of series 2025/2030 Warrants to Fenja. The subscription price for the exercise of the warrants is SEK 7 per share. The facility includes a call option for Mendus to repurchase the warrants, which Mendus has now decided to exercise to repurchase all 1,935,605 warrants. The repurchase price amounts to c SEK 3.7m, corresponding to the market value of the Warrants as determined by an independent valuation institute appointed by Mendus. Following the repurchase, Mendus will cancel the Warrants.
