Boreo är ett företag som strävar efter att skapa värde genom att förvärva och långsiktigt utveckla högkvalitativa, förutsägbara och kapitallätta B2B-affärsområden samt genom att återinvestera kassaflödena från dessa. År 2024 var ett resultatmässigt svårt år för företaget, och den ökade skuldsättningen satte stopp för de förvärv som är typiska för en serieförvärvare. Under 2025 har vinstnivån börjat stiga och vi förväntar oss att trenden fortsätter.

Vi förväntar oss en tydlig vinsttillväxt för företaget under de närmaste åren, driven av en gradvis återhämtande marknad och genomförda företagsförvärv. I jämförelse är aktien måttligt värderad.

Boreo Q2'25: Hårt fokus på bollen

Trots en oväntat piggare tillväxt på den övre raden, understeg Boreos operationella vinstutveckling under Q2 våra förväntningar. Trots uppgången är efterfrågan fortfarande svag, vilket återspeglar den allmänna ekonomiska bilden. Vi förväntar oss dock att en återhämtning i efterfrågan och genomförda företagsförvärv kommer att leda bolaget till en tydlig vinsttillväxt de närmaste åren.
