Representatives of the four largest shareholders registered in Tokmanni Group Corporation's shareholder register as of 1 June 2026 are elected to the Tokmanni Group's Shareholders' Nomination Board. The Nomination Board is responsible for preparing proposals covering the composition of the Board of Directors and remuneration of the Board members to the Annual General Meeting 2027.
