The board of Valuno Group AB (publ), reg. no. 559066-2093 (“the Company”), has decided to cancel the extraordinary general meeting, also serving as the first control meeting, that had been convened for 5 August 2026 at 15:00.
The reason is an administrative error: the notice was not published in the Swedish Official Gazette (Post- och Inrikes Tidningar). The meeting has therefore not been duly convened.
A new notice will be issued promptly. Shareholders who have registered for the meeting will be contacted separately.
