Wulff publicerar sin Q2-rapport på torsdag cirka klockan 9.30. Vi förutspår att omsättningstillväxten har fortsatt drivas av tjänster, medan de minskande volymerna inom produktförsäljningen tynger den operationella vinsten till jämförelseperiodens nivå. I samband med uppdateringen inkluderade vi effekten av fastighetsaffären i våra estimat.

Wulff frigör betydande kapital genom fastighetsförsäljningen

Wulff meddelade igår att bolaget har sålt sin fastighet i Esbo för en köpeskilling på 6,25 MEUR. Samtidigt tecknade Wulff ett 10-årigt hyresavtal för fastigheterna. Enligt vår bedömning kommer Wulff att bokföra en tydlig realisationsvinst från försäljningen i sin rapport för det tredje kvartalet, vilken sannolikt är i samma storleksordning som moderbolagets ökade vinstmedel med 2,2 MEUR.

Wulff: Efficiency improvements to boost earnings growth

Wulff announced that it is aiming for significant cost savings in its Products for the Workplace business by adapting its organizational structure and streamlining its operations. We have slightly raised our earnings estimates, albeit less than the company's target level, as we believe that some of the savings will be diluted by the segment's declining revenue and the resource needs of other growing businesses.
