Oslo, 29 October 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements
made by 3030 DVD AS (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the
"Group") on 10 September 2026 regarding the successful completion of the sale of
the 7th generation mobile offshore drilling vessel "Deep Value Driller" to
Eldorado Drilling AS (the "Sale"), and on 7 October 2026 regarding the
extraordinary general meeting resolving to distribute an extraordinary dividend
of NOK 20.60 per share, in total approximately NOK 1,926 million.
Following completion of the Sale and subsequent payment of the extraordinary
dividend on 16 October 2026, the Company has closed down its previous operations
and entered a new phase focused on realization of the Group's remaining assets
and evaluating strategic alternatives. Against this background, the Company
today announces that Svend Anton Maier will step down from his position as CEO
of the Group. Mr. Maier has served as CEO since March 2021, leading the Company
from its admission to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo in May 2021, through the
bareboat chartering of the drillship to Saipem and, most recently, the
completion of the Sale and subsequent return of capital to the Company's
shareholders.
Mr. Maier will serve his contractual notice period of three months and will
continue in his position as Chief Executive Officer until 31 January 2027.
Following his departure, he will focus on the further development of his new
venture, Pelago Management, which provides project management, technical
advisory, inspection, and operational services to clients across the oil and gas
industry.
"Svend Anton played a key role in the reactivation and preparation of the
drillship for operations, and in securing and overseeing the subsequent
successful chartering of the drillship to Saipem from 2023 to 2026. On behalf of
the Board, I would like to thank Svend for his dedication and valuable
contribution to the Company, and we wish him the very best in his future
endeavours," says Einar J. Greve, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

and I wish 3030 DVD all the best," says Svend Anton Maier.
The Board of Directors will initiate a process to appoint a new CEO for the
Company. The Company will provide further information in due course.
