Acconeer receives first limited volume order for A212 obstacle detection application

Acconeer has received its first volume order for the A212 radar sensor outside the automotive in-cabin sensing market. The order originates from a customer in the EMEA region and relates to an obstacle detection application. The order volume is limited, but represents an important commercial milestone. The sensors are planned to be shipped during the fourth quarter of 2026.

Over the past few months, we have shipped hundreds of Evaluation Kits (EVKs), some of the customers have progressed to buy samples for prototyping and now we are pleased to report that the first customer outside automotive in-cabin sensing has placed a limited volume order.”
