Fornebu, October 1, 2026 - Reference is made to the previous announcements regarding the merger between Aker BioMarine ASA (“Aker BioMarine”) and Aker Capital NewCo AS (“MergerCo”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Aker ASA (“Aker").
As announced on September 30, 2026, all conditions for completion of the merger are satisfied. Today, October 1, 2026, the Merger was registered as completed in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from Aker BioMarine and Aker on September 30, 2026, for further details on the completion of the Merger and payment of the consideration in the Merger.
