regarding the optional cash offer from Aker Capital AS ("Aker Capital"). The
following primary insiders of Aker BioMarine ASA have accepted the cash offer:
- Katrine Klaveness, Chief Financial Officer, for 6 632 shares.
- Trond Atle Smedsrud, CEO Emerging Business, for 20 728 shares.
- Anniken Færgestad, SVP Financial Reporting & Accounting, for 3 428 shares.
- Kristin Holmgren, Board member/VP Intellectual Property, for 4 647 shares.
- Bilal Ahmad, Board member/ Commercial Operations Director, for 2 369 shares.
- Lars Jacobsen, General Counsel, for 4 412 shares.
Following approval of the merger plan for the merger between Aker BioMarine and
Aker Capital NewCo AS announced today, the Cash Offer is unconditional and will
be settled no later than three trading days from the date hereof.
