<div class="mfn-body"><p>Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") published on 23 &nbsp;March 2026 regarding the board’s resolution to issue 388,240 new shares in connection with the Subsequent Offering.</p><p>Forza NO AS holds 3,096,473 shares in ABTEC, unchanged from its previous disclosure.
