The share capital increase consists of 33 new shares, at a subscription price of NOK 0.25 per share and at a par value of NOK 0.10 per share, corresponding to a total increase in the share capital of NOK 3.30.<br>&nbsp;<br>The share capital increase mentioned above has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
