&nbsp;Company announcement no. 20-2025December 18, 2025&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Audientes A/S ("Audientes" or the "Company"), CVR 36047631, announces that the Court in Helsingør, Denmark, has today issued a bankruptcy order against the Company following a petition filed by a creditor.&nbsp;As a result of the order:<ul type="disc">	<li>The Company has entered formal bankruptcy proceedings.</li>	<li>A court-appointed bankruptcy trustee has taken over the management and control of the Company and its assets.</li>	<li>Trading in the Company's shares on Spotlight Stock Market&nbsp;will continue to be halted until either the bankruptcy is final (within 14 days i.e. January 1, 2026), or the claims have been settled.</li></ul>&nbsp;<h2>Background</h2>The bankruptcy order follows the Company's previously announced liquidity situation and the inability to secure committed funding within the required timeframe.&nbsp;The Board of Directors deeply regrets this outcome and acknowledges the impact on shareholders, employees, creditors, and partners.&nbsp;<h2>Next Steps</h2>The bankruptcy trustee will now oversee the administration of the estate, including communication with creditors, partners and employees.
