Bonava announces a change to its Nomination Committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2027.
As a result of changes in the ownership structure, Christine Revheim-Hansen, representing Perestroika AS (Frederik W. Mohn), will leave Bonava's Nomination Committee. In accordance with the instructions of the Nomination Committee, the composition of Bonava's Nomination Committee has changed ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2027. After the change, Bonava's Nomination Committee consists of:
