<div class="abstract">Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Brinova") has today&nbsp;signed&nbsp;an agreement to divest&nbsp;the&nbsp;newly built Danish residential property&nbsp;comprising&nbsp;153 apartments.&nbsp;</div>The property is&nbsp;located&nbsp;on&nbsp;Telegrafvej&nbsp;in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark. The development&nbsp;property,&nbsp;part of the acquisition completed in April 2025 from K-Fastigheter&nbsp;and&nbsp;completed in November 2025,&nbsp;is&nbsp;currently&nbsp;fully&nbsp;leased. The property&nbsp;comprises&nbsp;a&nbsp;leasable&nbsp;area of 11,059 square&nbsp;meters,&nbsp;along with&nbsp;an associated parking garage.&nbsp;The transaction is carried out as a share deal&nbsp;reflecting&nbsp;an underlying property value of DKK 437 million&nbsp;(ca SEK 637 million)&nbsp;prior to&nbsp;deduction&nbsp;of&nbsp;deferred tax. The&nbsp;purchaser&nbsp;is the Danish asset manager&nbsp;Formuepleje, which will&nbsp;assume ownership&nbsp;of the companies on 14 April 2026.&nbsp;CEO Per Johansson&nbsp;comments&nbsp;on the divestment:&nbsp;"In a market environment&nbsp;characterized&nbsp;by strong demand for high-quality properties in Copenhagen, we&nbsp;have chosen to sell our Danish holding to an investor with strong local&nbsp;expertise.
