Catella AB (publ) ("Catella" or the "Company") announces today that it will redeem in full its outstanding bond loan with ISIN SE0022757837 (loan number 101), issued on 6 September 2024 under the Company's MTN programme established in August 2024 and with an outstanding nominal amount of SEK 600,000,000 (of which Bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of SEK 73,750,000 have been repurchased by the Company) (the "Bonds" and the "Early Redemption", respectively).
The Bonds will be redeemed on 16 September 2026 (the "Redemption Date") at a redemption price of 101.170 per cent of the nominal amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest up to and including the Redemption Date (the "Redemption Amount"). The Early Redemption is being made in accordance with Clause 8.3 (Voluntary total redemption (call option)) of the general terms and conditions dated 23 August 2024 and paragraph 15 (Voluntary total redemption (call option)) of the final terms dated 2 September 2024 for the Bonds.
The Redemption Amount will be paid to each person registered as a holder of Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at the end of business on 9 September 2026 (the "Record Date").
A notice of Early Redemption will be sent on 21 August 2026 to holders directly registered as holders of Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden as of 20 August 2026. The notice of Early Redemption will also be available on the Company's website, www.catella.com.
In connection with the Early Redemption, the Bonds will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.
