Copenhagen, Denmark - 27 August 2026 - Cessatech A/S ("Cessatech" or the "Company"), a late-stage paediatric specialty company developing and commercializing hospital medicines for children, today announced the successful release of CT001 by its U.S. manufacturing partner, STAQ Pharma. This makes CT001 (sufentanil/ketamine nasal spray) available for shipment to initial U.S. hospitals and enables launch activities to begin. The release of the first commercial batch marks an important operational milestone, establishing initial product availability in the United States and enabling Cessatech and its collaboration partners to begin launch activities with selected hospitals.

About CT001
CT001 is a nasal spray developed for the rapid relief of acute moderate to severe pain in children aged 1-17 years, including pain associated with medical procedures. Designed for ease of use and fast onset of action, CT001 has demonstrated an acceptable tolerability profile and a safety profile consistent with the known properties of its components, with no new safety concerns identified. The product contains a fixed combination of two well-known pain-relief medicines, ketamine and sufentanil,
