Change in the number of votes in Karnell Group AB (publ)

Following a request from shareholders, Karnell Group AB (publ) (“Karnell”) has, in accordance with the conversion provision in the Articles of Association, converted 50,000 Class A shares into 50,000 Class B shares.

The conversion means that the total number of votes in Karnell is reduced by 450,000. The total number of shares in the company is not affected by the conversion.

As of today’s date, the total number of shares in Karnell amounts to 53,367,032, of which 6,130,520 are Class A shares carrying ten votes each and 47,236,512 are Class B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 108,541,712.
