DexTech Medical AB is a Swedish research company that, based on its proprietary technology platform, has developed four patented drug candidates.
The company's lead candidate is OsteoDex for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) with bone metastases. A phase II clinical study with OsteoDex has been conducted with positive results regarding tolerability and treatment efficacy in patients who no longer respond to existing drugs.
OsteoDex has also been evaluated in a clinical phase I/IIa study in multiple myeloma with positive results.
DexTech's goal is to out-license its drug candidates to commercial partners for continued development and market introduction.
