Intellego Technologies är verksamt inom fotokrom indikatorteknik. Bolaget levererar fotokroma bläck som utformar visuella indikatorer som gör det möjligt att se effekterna av osynligt ultraviolett ljus. Bläcket ändrar färg baserat på exponering för ultraviolett bestrålning eller specifika ämnen. Produkterna används primärt av OEM-tillverkare och används i branschapplikationer globalt. Intellego Technologies grundades 2011 och har sitt huvudkontor i Stockholm.

Jag väntar med spänning på vad som kommer. Istället för tillväxtprocent för omsättningen är jag mer intresserad av om det finns någon omsättning överhuvudtaget. Vad menas egentligen med Deloittes arbete från 2025? Revisionsberättelsen för år 2025 har inte lämnats än. Visst, om samma sak har pågått redan under tidigare år, så finns det en grund för det.

Jag har inte satt mig in i detta mer i detalj, men om den övriga styrelsen består av personer som inte är involverade i företagets dagliga verksamhet som anställda och enbart sitter i styrelsen, så om dessa tillhandahålls förfalskade avtal och andra förfalskningar, t.ex. förfalskade fraktsedlar, så är styrelsen nöjd när avtal ”skapas”, varor ”rör på sig” och det även kommer in pengar från någon svensk myndighet. Och det är även svårt för revisorn om denne matas med förfalskade dokument. Det är svårt att börja bestrida det om en fraktsedel eller dylikt visar att varan har rört sig och det finns ett avtal om denna försäljning samt eventuellt ytterligare stöd i form av exempelvis korrespondens. Det är förstås en sak för sig om man borde vara lite mer skeptisk ifall de överenskomna betalningstiderna inte är av denna världen.

En bidragande orsak var säkert också att Intellego inte var ett börsnoterat företag.

Om 99 % av omsättningen är falsk, måste detta ha pågått i åratal. Redan 2022 bokfördes en omsättning på 57 miljoner kronor. Hur har ens de anställdas löner betalats? En kreditlimit på hundratals miljoner beviljad för en obefintlig verksamhet? Revisorerna märker ingenting? Styrelsen märker inget konstigt, trots att de har övervakat en obefintlig verksamhet i åratal? Detta borde helt enkelt inte vara möjligt. Om ett bedrägeri av denna omfattning lyckas så enkelt, borde hela den svenska börsen och alla bolag som revideras av Deloitte prissättas på nytt med någon form av bananrepubliksmultiplar. Finns det någon bättre förklaring till detta? Har styrelsen och revisorn varit delaktiga i bedrägeriet?

Jag anser att den här kommentaren borde sätta stopp för alla spekulationer om huruvida det är en blåsning eller inte. ”Det står klart att den tidigare VD:n kringgick alla säkerhetsåtgärder, inklusive styrelsens tillsyn. Vi blev alla lurade av en expertbedragare”, säger Greg Batcheller, styrelseordförande för Intellego.

The report is a follow-up to the review covering the period 1 January 2025 – 31 October 2025, which was published on 30 January this year.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>Today's report from KPMG shows that out of a recognized revenue totaling SEK 136.8 million, related to eight purchase orders reviewed by KPMG, SEK 133.9 million should not have been recognized as revenue. The report further shows that during 2024, the former Chief Executive Officer used methods to circumvent the company’s control mechanisms similar to those identified by KPMG in its report covering 2025.</p><p>“Today’s report sheds new light on how the former CEO acted to mislead the Board, shareholders and others.
