Son Ngo is ending his part-time contract as Finance Director with Fram Skandinavien AB (the “Company”). The Company has decided to appoint Ngoc Sec as the new Group Finance Director.
Son Ngo's contract as Group Finance Director will end on the 30th of June, 2026. As of the 1st of July, 2026, Ngoc will officially take over the role as the new Group Finance Director. Ngoc will also be engaged on a part-time basis to maintain efficiency in the Company's overhead cost structure.
Prior to joining the Company, she held various leading positions in finance, audit and operations across multiple international markets including Canada, Singapore, Vietnam, China and Hong Kong. Ngoc has over 18 years of experience and previously worked as Senior Finance Manager and Associate at B+H Architects, and as an Independent Contractor at B+H International Corp. Prior to that, she was with KPMG Vietnam in Audit and Risk Advisory services for over five years. Ngoc holds an ACCA certification.
