Oslo, 21 September 2026: On 21 September 2026, Multiplikator AS, a close
associate of member of the Board Kristian Kolberg, has acquired a total of
50,000 shares in Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) for an
average purchase price of NOK 20.6. Following the acquisition, Multiplikator AS
holds 763,009 shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.2% of the
Company's outstanding shares.
