KCC: CLEANBU vessel fixed on three-year time charter

Oslo, 4 November 2026: A subsidiary of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (“KCC” or the “Company”) has secured a three-year time charter for one of the CLEANBU vessels, starting immediately.

CEO Engebret Dahm comments: “The concluded time charter enables KCC to capitalize on the historically strong product tanker market. With this contract, we complete our time charter employment program, and the remaining six CLEANBU vessels will continue operating as combination carriers.”

The 3-year TC rate structure is front-loaded, with the highest rate in year one and step-down rates in years two and three. The average TC rate over the three-year charter period exceeds any previous average annual TC rate achieved by the CLEANBU fleet to date.
