The board of directors of Komplett ASA ("Komplett " or the "Company", OSE ticker code "KOMPL") has resolved to grant 651,107 share option to its key employees under the Company's option program described in the Company's prospectus dated 8 June 2021.</div>Each share option gives the right to subscribe for one share in the Company.
