LINK Mobility - Q2 2026 - Return to organic gross profit growth and 2H guidance reiterated

LINKRegulatoriskt pressmeddelande2026-08-19 06:00
(Oslo, 19 August 2026) - LINK Mobility returned to organic gross profit growth
in Q2'26 in line with expectations and reiterates its H2'26 guidance. Record
contract wins, scaling OTT channels and continued strength across the broader
customer base reinforce confidence in delivering mid- to high-single digit
organic gross profit growth in the second half of the year.

Q2'26 performance supports confidence in H2'26 growth outlook
o Organic gross profit growth returned to positive territory at 2% in Q2'26,
improving 3 percentage points QoQ and in line with expectations.
o Commercial momentum remained strong, with record contract wins of NOK 53
million during the quarter. On an LTM basis, contract wins reached NOK 184
million, up 16% year-over-year.
o OTT solutions represented a significant portion of record contract wins during
the quarter. At the same time, RCS and WhatsApp volumes continued to deliver
triple-digit year-over-year growth.
o The broader customer base continued to perform well, with net retention
improving from 96% to 101% QoQ

Record profitability, strong cash generation and disciplined capital allocation
Gross profit reached NOK 492 million in Q2'26. Foreign exchange movements had a
negative impact of NOK 21 million during the quarter, implying gross profit of
NOK 513 million adjusted for currency effects. Supported by the strong gross
profit performance and continued operational discipline, adjusted EBITDA and
EBITDA reached record levels of NOK 272 million and NOK 252 million,
respectively. Strong cash generation resulted in NOK 192 million of operating
cash flow during the quarter and an LTM adjusted EBITDA cash conversion ratio of
87%. LINK also completed two accretive bolt-on acquisitions during the quarter,
demonstrating continued execution of its disciplined capital allocation
strategy.

"LINK delivered on its commitment to return to organic gross profit growth in
Q2'26. Record contract wins, growing OTT volumes and healthy development across
the broader customer base reinforce our confidence in delivering mid- to
high-single digit organic gross profit growth in H2'26. At the same time, we are
seeing growing enterprise interest in AI-enabled customer engagement solutions,
which we believe supports the long-term opportunity for LINK. Combined with
record profitability, strong cash generation and continued execution of our
accretive bolt-on M&A strategy, we believe LINK is well positioned to create
long-term shareholder value," says Thomas Berge, CEO of LINK Mobility.

The quarterly results will be presented in an audio webcast at 10:00 CET today
by Thomas Berge, CEO and Morten Edvardsen, CFO & VP Investor Relations.

The audio webcast targets investors, analysts and media. Attendees will be able
