Reference is made to the stock announcement from Norcod AS ("Norcod" or the "Company") on 26 June 2026 regarding the final result of the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of 388,170 new shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 10 per Offer Share.
In connection with the Subsequent Offering, the following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have been allocated a number of Offer Shares as set out below.

ArthaScope Kapitalforvaltning A/S, a close associate of Jan Severin Sølbæk who is board member in Norcod, has been allocated 221,556 Offer Shares equal to NOK 2,215,560 in the Subsequent Offering.
Primary insiders:
Stian Hansen, CFO in Norcod, has been allocated 5,000 Offer Shares equal to NOK 50,000 in the Subsequent Offering.
Marco Fria, Business Controller in Norcod, has been allocated 2,300 Offer Shares equal to NOK 23,000 in the Subsequent Offering.
