(Copenhagen, 3 September 2026) - On 1 September 2026, Napatech A/S (the
"Company", OSE: NAPA) launched a share buyback program as described in the
company announcement of 1 September 2026. According to the program, Napatech A/S
would, in the period until 12 September 2026, buy back 15,000 of its own shares
of nominally DKK 0.25 each, corresponding to a total nominal amount of DKK
3,750.
The buyback program has now been completed today on the 3 September 2026.
Napatech purchased the 15,000 shares at Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK
40.05 per share.
After the transactions under the program, the Company owned a total of 78,854
shares as treasury shares, corresponding to 0.07% of the share capital.
