Oslo, 20 October 2026 - Navamedic ASA has secured a five-year prolongation of
the Nordic rights to Mysimba® - an oral tablet prescribed for the treatment of
obesity.

and market Mysimba®. We are also pleased to collaborate with Azurity who as the
new global owner of Mysimba will increase the support to local partners like
Navamedic," says Lars Minor, Chief Executive Officer of Navamedic.
Navamedic has distributed Mysimba® (naltrexone/bupropion) in the Nordic region
since 2017 under a long-term exclusive agreement with the product's previous
owners. In 2026, the product and associated rights were acquired by Azurity
Pharmaceuticals.
"Mysimba® remains an important product to Navamedic, and we appreciate the new
partnership with Azurity and jointly aim to ensure continued availability of
Mysimba® in the Nordic markets. With the renewal of this agreement and new
partnership with Azurity, we look forward to exploring further collaboration

Navamedic and Azurity have agreed to extend the existing distribution agreement
on largely similar terms for additional five years with an upfront licensing
fee. The effective date of the agreement is 26 April 2027, and the revised terms
of the agreement are implemented from this date.
