Lammhults Design Group AB hereby announces that the members of the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 have been appointed.
The Nomination Committee is responsible for carrying out the duties assigned to it under the Swedish Corporate Governance Code.
The Committee shall consist of one representative from each of the four largest shareholders in terms of voting rights who wish to participate.
The Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting has the following composition:
Erik Syrén has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so by e-mail to valberedning@lammhultsdesigngroup.com. To enable the Committee to review proposals in a constructive manner, such proposals should be received no later than 26 March 2027.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on 13 May 2027 in Lammhult.
