In accordance with the principles adopted by the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Stockholm Nordtech Group AB (“Nordtech”), and based on the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026, the Nomination Committee for Nordtech’s 2027 Annual General Meeting has now been appointed.
The Nomination Committee comprises the following members:
The Nomination Committee shall, for the 2027 Annual General Meeting, prepare proposals regarding the election of Chairman of the General Meeting, the number of Board members, composition of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board of Directors, auditor, fees for the Board, auditor and for committee work, as well as changes to the instructions for the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee represents 28 percent of the total voting rights of Nordtech per the ownership structure as of 31 August 2026.
