Nomination Committee for FM Mattsson AB’s Annual General Meeting 2027

In accordance with the resolution by a previous Annual General Meeting for FM Mattsson AB, the Nomination Committee shall consist of one representative of each of the three largest shareholders. FM Mattsson AB announces that the Nomination Committee has been appointed for the Annual General Meeting in May 2027.

Nomination Committee:

Hans Karlsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, representing Tibia Konsult AB, LK Finans AB och Svolder AB
Mats Rylander, representing a larger group of shareholders
Åsa Mattsson, representing a larger group of shareholders

The Annual General Meeting of FM Mattsson AB will be held on Thursday May 13, 2027, in Mora.

The composition of the Nomination Committee is based on the ownership structure as of 30 September 2026. The Nomination Committee represents approximately 83 percent of the total voting power of all shares in the company. The above Nomination Committee shall remain until a new Nomination Committee is appointed.

Shareholders are welcome to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual General Meeting by e-mail to valberedning@fmmattssongroup.com or via the company's postal address stated below by February 28, 2027, at the latest.
