The General Meeting of Nordic Financials ASA resolved on 28 May 2026 to reduce
the Company's share capital by NOK 24,617,562.50, from NOK 34,464,587.50 to NOK
9,847,025.00, by reducing the nominal value of each share from NOK 1.75 to NOK
0.50.
The resolution was announced by the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises
(Nw: Foretaksregisteret) on 15 June 2026, whereafter followed a six-week
creditor notice period ending at the expiry of 27 July 2026. The share capital
reduction has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises. Following such registration the Company's new share capital is NOK
9,847,025 divided into 19,694,050 shares and voting rights, each share with a
nominal value of NOK 0.50.
