OBDUCAT has received an order from a US based customer for the supply of a wet processing system based on the Company's QSW platform. The order value amounts to SEK 3.4 million and delivery is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
The order concerns a wet processing solution configured to perform various wet chemical processes, including photomask cleaning. The customer is a leading player within the photonics industry and the equipment will be installed at one of the customer's European manufacturing facilities.
Photomask cleaning is a critical process step in the manufacture of advanced photonics components. The solution provides the process capability, repeatability and control required for these demanding manufacturing environments.
