<div class="abstract"><p>RLS Global AB (publ) today announces that Torbjörn Sannerstedt has been appointed new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Torbjörn succeeds RLS Global's outgoing CFO, Eva Jagenheim.</p></div><p>Torbjörn Sannerstedt holds an MBA and has extensive experience from positions as CFO in companies such as AcadeMedia AB, Navamedic ASA and Halmstad Energi och Miljö AB. He has also been CEO of LMI Selcom AB and administrative manager of Kinnasand AB. Torbjörn Sannerstedt will perform his assignment for RLS Global on a consultancy basis through the company Business Control Partner Norden AB in Göteborg.<br>"I am pleased to welcome Torbjörn Sannerstedt as RLS Global's new CFO. Torbjörn's extensive experience from previous positions in listed companies and his expertise in business strategy issues will be very valuable to RLS Global from now on.
