Oslo, 2 October: Jørgen Kildahl, chair of the board of Scatec ASA, has transferred 10,000 shares from his personal account to Karaldenuten Holding AS, a company controlled by Jørgen Kildahl. The total number of shares held by Jørgen Kildahl and affiliated companies remains unchanged at 20,000. The transfer was made at an average price per share of NOK 96.7.
