Sustainable Energy Solutions Sweden Holding AB (publ) ("SENS") hereby publishes the half-year report for the period January - June 2026. The full report is available in Swedish on SENS's website www.sens.se and as an attached file.

2026-04-01 - 2026-06-30 (second quarter)

Net sales amounted to 0 kSEK (39).
Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to -5,565 kSEK (1,851).
Operating profit before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to -3,541 kSEK (2,168).
Earnings per share amounted to -0,0008 SEK (-0,01).
Cash flow from operating activities amounted to -5,031 kSEK (534).

Figures in parentheses refer to the same period the previous year.

Comment from the CEO:
"During the second quarter, we continued to develop and prioritize our project portfolio. The sale of the BESS project in Pyhäsalmi earlier this year provided clear validation of our business model and valuable experience for future project divestments. Following the rights issue and settlement of most of our financial liabilities, we can now focus more of our resources on project development. Our priority is to advance the most attractive projects through permitting, grid connection and technical development towards the next commercial step. The agreement with Etha regarding the Pyhäsalmi pumped hydro project is a concrete example of this work."
