WindowMaster International A/S hereby informes that the Chairman and member of the Board of Directors, Lars Fornais, has chosen to resign with immediate effect. 

 

Following the resignation, the Board of Directors consists of four members elected by the general meeting. The Board of Directors will commence a search and nomination process for a new Chairman of the Board of Directors, who will be proposed for election by the general meeting.

 

The Board of Directors sincerely thanks Lars Fournais for his contribution to WMa.
