MapsPeople has announced a rights issue with gross proceeds of approx. DKK 36m, offering 18,012,589 new shares for a subscription price of DKK 2.00 per 1 new share. MapsPeople has secured gross proceeds of at least DKK 34.8m (96.46% of the total offer) through four guarantee commitments and irrevocable subscription undertakings from existing shareholders.

The trading period for the pre-emptive rights commences on 15 August 2024 at 09:00 a.m. and will close on 28 August 2024 at 5:00 p.m. The subscription period for new shares by exercising pre-emptive rights commences on 19 August 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and will close on 30 August 2024 at 5:00 p.m. MapsPeople&#x2019;s CEO Morten Br&#xf8;gger and CFO Christian L&#xe6;s&#xf8; will present the details around the rights issue and the background for the offering in an online live event on Thursday 15 August at 13:00. The management presentation will be followed by a Q&amp;A session where you can ask your questions.
