NORDEN – Presentation of the quarterly report for Q2 2026

NORDEN is set to release its quarterly report for Q2 2026 on the morning of Thursday 13 August 2026. On the same day at 10:30 AM, we are pleased to invite you to a presentation of the financial results with CEO Jan Rindbo and CFO Martin Badsted, who will also answer questions from the audience.

The current guidance from NORDEN following the upgrade is for an expected result in 2026 of USD 140-190 million (from previously USD 120–190 million), compared to a result of USD 120 million in 2025. The guidance includes vessel sales gains of USD 79 million.

NORDEN has paid a dividend of DKK 2 per quarter for each of the last nine quarters, since Q1 2024.
