Investors House är verksamma inom fastighetsbranschen. Investeringarna återfinns huvudsakligen bland större kommersiella fastigheter runtom den finska marknaden, med fokus på växande universitetsstäder. Förutom direkt ägande och förvaltande leasas även fastigheterna ut till olika hyresgäster. Verksamhet innehas på den finska marknaden och huvudkontoret ligger i Helsingfors.
Investors House och Ovaro sålde Apitare Oy:s fastighetsbestånd i Jyväskylä för 60 miljoner euro, vilket är 5 MEUR över dess uppskattade verkliga värde. Investors House har nu helt dragit sig ur Kukkula-projektet i Jyväskylä, och projektet var en mycket lyckad investering för bolaget. Försäljningen minskar resultatet efter skatt betydligt och frigör kapital, vilket gör den centrala frågan vart medlen ska riktas härnäst. Bolaget har historiskt sett varit en tålmodig investerare och har ännu inte öppnat upp sina framtida planer mer i detalj.
