Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) (“Fasadgruppen”) announced on 28 September 2026 its intention to explore the possibilities and market conditions for issuing senior secured bonds. The company has since held discussions with a large number of investors but considers, in light of prevailing market conditions, that the timing for a bond issue is not right. The company has therefore, after consulting its advisers, decided to hold off on the issue.
“We have held constructive discussions with a large number of investors and received a good reception, for which we are grateful. However, in light of the prevailing market environment, with heightened uncertainty and rising interest rates, we consider that the timing for a bond issue is not the most favourable. We have a stable financial position and an existing loan facility in place, and are therefore not dependent on a new financing solution at this time. Taking this into account, we have decided to hold off on any bond issue until market conditions are more favourable,” says Magnus Blomberg, CFO of Fasadgruppen.
